Sounds of Eternity
Das Berliner Ensemble Sounds of Eternity wurde 2023 gegründet und widmet sich innovativen Konzertprojekten mit Musik für Stimme(n) und Instrumenten in variabler Besetzung von der Renaissance bis hin zu zeitgenössischen Werken.
Sounds of Eternity debütierte mit dem Projekt GAIA bei den Salzburger Festtagen für alte und neue Musik 2023: eine Musiktheater-Performance mit drei Uraufführungen für Stimmen a cappella und Videoinstallation von André Hinderlich.
Das Ensemble ist interessiert an ungewöhnlichen Besetzungen und Uraufführungen in experimentellen Formaten und Räumen. Für 2024 ist das Programm “jetzt eine Welt voll grün, jetzt eine Welt voll blau” mit Sängerinnen, Streichinstrumenten und Perkussion geplant.
The Ensemble Sounds of Eternity is based in Berlin and was founded in 2023 to focus on innovative concert projects with music for voice(s) and instrument(s) in various casts from the Renaissance to contemporary pieces.
Sounds of Eternity had its debut at Salzburger Festtage für alte und neue Musik in 2023 with the project GAIA, a music theatre performance with three world premieres composed for three voices a cappella and a video installation directed by André Hinderlich.
The ensemble is interested in uncommon combinations of voice, instruments and sound and in contemporary premieres in innovative formats and venues. In 2024 we are working on the project “jetzt eine Welt voll grün, jetzt eine Welt voll blau” with singers, strings and percussion.
